Description   Beautiful Antique Artist Signed Cabinet Plate. If you collect cabinet or portriat plates you will never find a better example-one of the most highly hand decorated ones. An artist signed scene of Napoleon in the Russian winter-all the border is hand done. The geometric designs around the scene, signed in gold at the bottom of the scene SICAR. Tne plate measures approx 11" across. The back has 2 marks, one in blue and one dark ink stamp of a flag with an S and a C at the left and MADE IN CZECHO-SLOVAKIA. Excellent condition, no flakes, chips, cracks or repairs and no scratches.
