Description   A Beautiful Russian Tea Glass Holder. 84 Fine Silver. Flower and leaves on each side of the monogram circle.  The cup is 3 1/2 inches to the top of the handle. The diameter is 2 7/8 inches. Weight 3.11 troy ounces. Marked 84 with the Moskow head (see pictures). Bear  marks of Moscow factory own by I.P.Prokofiev. Factory operated from 1875 to 1908. Items by this factory are presented in the State Historical Museum in Moscow.
