Description   This watch looks like it made in 1910's early Art Deco, but this is a great repro made in 1948's. It was time when Art Deco style returned and became very expensive. Ladies wanted old classy look combined with newest technology. So new antimagnetic movement in an old looking case was perfect combination. You can tell it looking at the watch and at the movement. Swiss made mechanical movement has 17 jewels. It plated with special anticorrosion layer (look at the yellow color of movement). Though you can tell it 1950's because there is no amortization bridge in a movement yet. Silvered face has gold color hands and Arab numbers. There are 6 single cut diamonds set in a 18K yellow/white gold covered heavily decorated case. (Case of the watch is 7/16" wide and 2 1/2" long.) There is mark of repair in 1948 inside of the case and no more (!). The movement, case, glass and face of the watch are in excellent condition according to their age. Watch is running and we put new black cord strap on it.
